How about some "Sauerkraut" without the stew or platter or "Würst"? This is a very easy dish I came up with, with some inspiration from the InterWebz&tm;.
- 1 lb minced meat
- 1 lb sauerkraut
- Copious amounts of Ketjap Manis
- 1 Apple (diced)
- Prepare the minced meat with some Ketjap.
- When it's done, throw in the sauerkraut.
- Throw in the apple.
- Boil for 15 min.
- Add the Raisins and possibly some pineapple.
- Let it boil for another 5 min.
