Sauerkraut, not Stew recipe

How about some "Sauerkraut" without the stew or platter or "Würst"? This is a very easy dish I came up with, with some inspiration from the InterWebz&tm;.


  • 1 lb minced meat
  • 1 lb sauerkraut
  • Copious amounts of Ketjap Manis
  • Raisins
  • 1 Apple (diced)


  1. Prepare the minced meat with some Ketjap.
  2. When it's done, throw in the sauerkraut.
  3. Throw in the apple.
  4. Boil for 15 min.
  5. Add the Raisins and possibly some pineapple.
  6. Let it boil for another 5 min.
  7. Enjoy!
